I have received your letter
of the 13th Instt and on examination of the Account
of your Pay and forage enclosed therein, I observe th[at]
you have omitted charging yourself with all the mo[nies]
you have received on that Account — I have therefore
Stated on the otherside an account of your pay and forage
from the Date of your acceptance to the 1st of the present month
and affixed thereto the monies you have received on account
thereof by which you will observe that the account exact-
ly balances consequently the Statement sent you by Colo
Rochefontaine was Correct.
