I enclose to you my warrant No 368, retained from the last disbursement of vouchers. Also my warrants No 381 to 419 inclusive, with muster and pay rolls complete, and receipts annexed, amounting to $4,216.7[undecipherable] dollars, excepting this from the warrant No 408 and 409 upon which payment is not yet Completed owing to the deranged situation of the parties concerned.
