In consequence of some Verbal observation you made to me on the Subject of Returns, I conceive it to be your Pleasure that in Stead of Weekly, they ought to be made out and forwarded Monthly. — Under this impression I shall continue to make my returns to your Office at the close of every fourth Week Untill Otherways directed.
