The Officers of the late first United States Regiment, or Battalion of Artillery who recved money from Colonel Hamtramck for the recruiting service in 1790. 1791 or 1792 are hereby ordered immediately to render their Accounts for the legal disbursement of the same and refund any balances that may remain in their hands, either to the Pay Master General at Head Quarters or to the Accountant of the Department of War in Philadelphia
The Adjutant General will transmit a Copy of the above order to the War Office by the first opportunity
