I Certify that from a letter of the pay Master dated the 5th Instant enclosing a Receipt of John Habersham Collector of the customs for Savannah and Georgia dated October 20th 1795 Isaac Habersham has applied to the incidental and contingent expences of the War Department the sum of Fifty four dollars and 7/100, which to be discounted out of the Monies arising from Duties on Imports and Tonnage and for which he is to be accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be signed in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said Receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the communication of the Comptroller —
