Sir An Account has been adjusted at the Treasury between the United States and James Bynus, Contractor for casting Howitzers, by which it appears that he has cast & delivered to John Bryant, Keeper of Military Stores at Springfield on the 17 Ultimo, ten Howitzers weighing sixteen thousand, two hundred and fifty pounds. — I enclose for your further information a copy of said Bryants receipt for the same.
