Clinzer Spreat has Charge of the sum of fourteen [thou]

Pay and forage of the Army for the month of October[,]
which sum will be forwarded to you by Isaac Cra[ig]
at Pittsburg to whom Col. Spreat is to Deliver th[e]
same. You will on Receipt thereof give your Dupl[icate]
Receipts to be Accountable to the Accountant of th[e]
