Your Letter of the 3d inst. I hav[undecipherable]
to acknowledge the Receipt of in the absence of the A[undecipherable]
and have to inform you that the Sect of War has [undecipherable]

[undecipherable]mitted to you for your Pay & one hundred Dollar[undecipherable]
