The Money you requested should have been remitted to you before now, but Capt Mitchell, by whom the Money was to have been sent, having taking sick and still continues so; and as the Muster and Pay Rolls for the Month of September have arrived at this Office from West point, it is therefore thought proper that an Express should be sent, who will take the whole of the Money as soon as the Muster and Pay Rolls are examined; which will be done in a few days.
