I do hereby certify that Jacob Johnson of the 5th Regiment. George Johnson and Patrick Mooney of the 6th Regiment. Maryland inlisted for the War and have been settled with as killed in action on the 16th August 1780, and their Administrators are entitled to the Bounty lands allowed by act of Congress.
