Supervisor of Charleston informs me that he has transmitted to you his accounts of Monies passing through his hands for the War Department up to the 30th June 1795 in order to be adjusted at the Treasury, and that you directed him by letter of the 10th March last to render his Accounts with the War department from the 31 Decr. 1795 to the Purveyor of public supplies. If any of his Accounts relative to the above are in your possession, I must request that you forward the same to this Office, where all Accounts of this kind are to be settled.
