[undecipherable]] [Received from State — Nov. 24 [undecipherable] R.R.O. 401810.] Sir 1^k I received yours of the 29 Septem^r, and called at your Office yesterday but had not the pleasure of seeing you. — no settlement has been made by any one to whom you made Advances, that are not included in the return I made you — Parker Miller Martin Davis have neither them settled — the two former rendered me an account of their advances, their accounts cannot be closed untill all are settled with to whom payments have been made by them — Martin I have never seen nor Davis since I was at Carlisle.
