December 1784 Josiah Tannihill (Agent to Col. John Gibson[']s
detachment of the Virginia Line) did receive of Andrew Dun[s]
comb Asst Commissioner of Army Accounts, a Number of Certi[fi]
cates belonging to the Soldiers of said Detachment among w[hich]
were the following described Certificates being the property of
John Young viz: One Certificate N° 70,563 on Interest fro[m]
1 Jany 1783 for eighty Dollars. One D° N° 70,709 on Intere[st]
from 15 Novr 1783 for one hundred twenty three Dollars and
thirty ninetieth parts, for which said Tannihill is account[a]
ble to the said John Young for the Delivery thereof: —
