Description

General Wayne is glad to hear that the President ratified the Treaty of Amity Commerce & Navigation between His Britannic Majesty & the United States of America. Discusses establishing a post near Chickasaw Bluffs, currently held by the Spanish, along with the necessity of provisions to be stored at Fort Washington. Wayne cannot find a suitable person to replace Colonel James O'Hara, who submitted resignation.
