I Certify that from a Letter of the Comptroller dated the 1st instant covering a Receipt of John Habersham Collector of the revenue for Savannah in Georgia dated July 1st 1795 said Habersham has applied to the incidental and contingent Expences of the War Department, the Sum of two Dollars which he discounted out of the Monies arising from Duties on Postpole and Tonnage and for which he is to be accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said Receipt is to be annexed agreeable to the communication of the Comptroller.
