I have [strikethrough: laid the Stores left in charge] of Samuel Davidson at Bedford transported to this place a parts of the Trowsers are much damaged by Damp and Moths, the Camp Kettles much injured & the Blankets useless, and a number of the Knapsacks damaged, all of which are unpainted. — An Invoice of the whole is this day transmitted to the Secretary of War.
