Since my last to you under Date of the 11th Ultt. all your Accounts and Vouchers rendered to this Office have been examined and are found to be very Exceptionable and requires explanations in many cases I therefore request that you will without delay render an account Current Stating the Balance that you my conceives to be due; Should the Accounts be Stated under the present circumstances a very considerable Balance will inevitably be reported against you I have now thought it proper to advise you thereof previous to the accounts being finally acted on in Order to give You an Opportunity to obviate the objections thereto. —
