Sir Since my last to you under Date of the 11^th Ultt. all your Accounts and Vouchers rendered to this Office have been examined and are found to be very Exceptionable and requires explanations in many cases I therefore request that you will without delay render an account Current Stating the Balance that you my conceives to be due; Should the Accounts be Stated under the present circumstances a very considerable Balance will inevitably be reported against you I have now thought it proper to advise you thereof previous to the accounts being finally acted on in Order to give You an Opportunity to obviate the objections thereto. — I am Sir Y^rs William Simmons
