In answers to which I have to inform you that the account you allude to — has been forwarded from this Office to the Treasury as a Voucher for the Payment of your Pay and Forage — it would therefore be better if you have a Memorandum by which you can state an Account and forward the same to this Office and the Amount will be passed to your Credit and remitted to West Point. —
