Sir,
Your letter of the 21st Instant in this moment come to hand.
I expect in a few days to have a review of the Stores delivered at this Post in November last by the Militia Army & the Quantity & Quality ascertained.
In a former letter I informed you of my want of Stationary in consequence of having sent to Fort Washington the Grat Supply, I have further to inform you that in the article of Wafers, said formerly the Department have been greatly imposed on as the Small boxes generally dont contain more than fifty Wafers.
