Sir,
Your Letter of the 21st Inst
is this moment come to hand.
I expect in a few days
to have a review of the Stores delivered at this Post
to the Militia Army in November last & the Quantity
& quality Ascertained.
In a former Letter I inform-
ed you of my want of Stationary, in consequence of
money sent to Fort Washington the General Supply
& I have further to inform you that in the Article
of Wafers sent formerly the Department have
been greatly imposed upon, as the Small kegs do
not generally contain more than fifty Wafers.
