Three hundred and forty one Dollars and forty one cents to be paid to Lieu^t. Stephen Frazy of the 4^th Artillerists at Fayetteville being for his pay from the 1^st May and for the Pay of his recruits from the date of their enlistment to the 31^st July 1795 inc. and three hundred Dollars to be paid to Lieu^t John Saunders of the Corps of Artillerists and Engineers being for the use of the Accounting current.
