The Treasurer of the United States will remit you the following sums Viz!
One thousand and Seventy five Dollars and seven Cents to be paid to Thomas Hott on Account of the disbursements of the Public Armoury at the Post of New London.
Three hundred and forty one Dollars and forty one cents to be paid to Lieut Stephen Trigg of the 4th Sublegion at Fincastle, being for his pay from the 1st May and for the Pay of his recruits from the date of their inlistment to the 31 July 1795 inc. and three hundred Dollars to be paid to Lieut John Saunders of the Corps of Artillerists and Engineers being for the use of the Recruiting Service.
For each of which sums you will take the receipts of the person to whom payable, to be held accountable for its due application. — I am Sir &c —
