I Certify that there is due to the Officers, non Commissioned Officers and Privates of the Corps of Artillerists and Engineers, who were present at the Garrison at West Point on the 31st July 1795 (agreeably to a Muster Roll transmitted to this Office, by the Council of Administration to said Garrison) the Sum of one thousand eight hundred & forty seven Dollars & forty seven Cents, being for their Pay for the Month of July 1795 which Sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish, Supervisor at New York and by him to be transmitted to Nehemiah Freeman Temporary Pay Master at said Garrison, who is to be held accountable for the due Application thereof —
