Inclosed is the Return for the Month of July. The Oak & Pine logs, sawed to the Constructor, are as before sawed on sorts of planks and are placed properly for seasoning; the Wt of Reum would have been reported long ago, but untill lately I knaw not that it fell within my Province to notice it, however; I will the next Month rectify some other omissions, occasioned by the same, or some other unavoidable causes for which I will then Account.
