I have waited for a further remittance; but have not received any since that time, nor do I know where to apply; but from late instances am induced to believe my application must be made to you; if wrong you will be so very obliging as to Set me right — 'tis now more than twelve months Since my appointment This and the want of money will plead an excuse for the liberty I have taken in in writing you on this subject I am Sir your most obedient Humb. servant James Hackett
