The Treasurer of the United States will remit you to be transmitted to George Fleming at West Point the following sums of Money to wit:
6000 Dolls for the Contingent expences of the War Department
255 for the Pay of a detachment of the 1st Artillerists stationed at West Point for April, May &
June 1795 —
24 for the Pay of a detachment of the 2 Sublegion
6279 for April May and June 1795 —
making together the sum of Six Thousand two hundred & Seventy nine Dollars for which sum please take his Receipt to be accountable to this Office for the due Application thereof. —
