Robert Torrance and of the Recruits of Capt Kalteisen, and for the Pay and forage of Doct George Gillaspy up to the 31st day of May 1795 inc. for which sums you will please take his separate Receipts to be Accountable to this Office for the due Application thereof.— I am Sir &c—
