The Treasurer will remit you to be paid to Cap.t James Bruff the sum of three hundred Dollars being for the Recruiting Service also the sum of One hundred eighty eight Dollars and seventy Seven Cents for his Pay for June and of his Men for May & June 1795 for which sums you will please take his Receipts to be accountable to this Office for the due application thereof.
