The Treasurer of the United States will remit you the sum of two hundred and ninety Dollars which sum you will pay to Michael G Houdou deputy Store Keeper at Albany, it being the following purposes Viz:
Two hundred dollars thereof on Account of the incidental expences of the Ordnance Department, and ninety dollars on account of the Pay of the said Michl G Houdou for the Months of April, May, and June 1793 for which you will take his receipts to be accountable —
