The Treasurer of the United States will remit you the sum of two hundred and ninety Dollars which sum you will pay to Michael G. Houdine Deputy Store Keeper at Albany it being for the following purposes Viz
Two hundred dollars thereof on Account of the incidentable expences of the Ordnance Department, and ninety dollars on account of the Pay of the said Mich G Houdine for the Months of April, May, and June 1795 for which you will take his receipts to be Accountable —

And ninety dollars being for your Pay for the months of April, and May, and June 1795: for each of which sums you will receipt to the said Nicholas to be Accountable —
As soon as leisure will permit, your extravagant Accounts will be taken Up for examination and Settlement; I expect that in your disbursements of the public Monies placed in your hands you have been strictly guided by your Instructions
