Your Muster Roll has been handed me this Morning, where I find that you have Mustered your men up to the 22d of this Month. the Instructions from the Secretary of War directs you to Muster your Recruits up to the 1st of a month — therefore when this Month has expired you will please Muster your men.
I have enclosed you some blank Pay rolls, and when you have taken a Muster as above directed you will please make out a pay Rolls agreeably thereto and transmit it together with the Musters to this Office which after being examined and found right the Amount thereof will be transmitted to you.
