I have to inform you that agreeably to your order infavor of Mr Wiley Parkes, he received One thousand one hundred and two Dollars and 26 Cents — being the amount of your Estimate on account of the disbursements of the Public Armory at New London Virginia, and on the 8th Inst I informed you that Edward Carrington would pay you the sum of eight hundred and eighty one Dollars and too for the like purpose — and I now have to inform you that said Edward Carrington will pay you the sum of One thousand five hundred and ninety eight Dollars & 74c for the disbursements of the Armory at Some place all of which sums, stand charged with on the Books of this Office — As it is intended that your accounts are
