I have to inform you that agreeably to your order inform of Mrs Wiley Parker She received One thousand one hundred and two Dollars and 26 Cents — being the amount of your Estimate on account of the disbursements of the Public Armory at New London Virginia, and on the 8th Instd I informed you that Edward Carrington would pay you the sum of Eight hundred and eighty one Dollars and too for the like purpose — and I now have to inform you that said Edward Carrington will pay you the sum of One thousand five hundred and ninety Eight Dollars & [undecipherable] for the disbursements of the Armory at [undecipherable] all of which sums, stood charges with on the Books of this Office — As it is intended that your accounts are
