Every thing however will be timely provided to-day. Does Mr. Bell ever provide for the further transportation of public Stores, after their arrival at Manchester? I was going to write to Col. Carrington & request him to procure the necessary waggons. Capt. Chisholm thinks it will require Seven or Eight: I wish for your opinion of the number of waggons necessary that to-morrow post may convey the orders to provide them.
