I have received your Muster and pay Roll for the month of June which has been examined and now transmitted you through Colo Fisk the amount found due being 435 the Dollars, the difference between this sum and the amount you made it, will be explained to you by the Colonel agreeably thereto. the sum to be paid— You will also receive from Colo Fisk the sum of 74.80 being the amount of your Account for retained Rations due to you which was calculated at 11¾ Cents pr Ration the Contract price of rations for that Year.—
You stand charged on the books of this Office with all monies transmitted to you for the pay of your Company until you send forward your Receipt Rolls, I therefore would advise you to send them on as early as possible that credit may be passed to you for the amount— You will receive herewith the Blank Muster, Pay and Receipt Rolls that you require.
