War Office July 10. 1795. Sir, I inclose an extract of a letter from Major Craig relative to the Chickasaw Goods, by which it would appears that the whole ought to have arrived in time for M^r Foster to take with him, had Picard & Waggoner done this duty; as he had 27 or 28 days to perform the journey with his load thence to Pittsburg. I also inclose a list of the articles delivered from the Store at Pittsburg for the Use of the Chickasaws. I now request you to furnish me with an invoice of all the goods which appear to have been delivered to M^r Foster at Pittsburg for the Chickasaws, that the deficient articles [undecipherable] will hardly reach them from Pittsburg, since they could not be committed to the charge of any person bound to Nashville, subsequent to M^r Foster's departure / may be provided and sent on with the Chickasaws now in Philadelphia.
