Mr Forsythe having informed me that according to a late arrangement made my Estimates for Expenditures at this Post should in future be sent to your Department for payment — I have herewith forwarded to you my Estimate for the month of June which includes the Roles for the Pay of the Armourer and the Guard. Amounting in the whole to Fifteen Hundred and Ninety Eight dollars 74 Cents which I request you will please send to me by the Post in notes
