"Anthony Foster set off from this place on the 16th of June having (he said) waited ten days beyond the time limited for the arrival of Indian goods, the last of which arrived on the 24th of June by the hands of Jno Picard Waggener, who it appears received his load in Philadelphia on the 13th May. — You will find inclosed an Invoice of the articles delivered Mr Foster, in addition to those that had then arrived."
