Department of War Accountants Office June 24 1795 I Certify that there is due to L^t Thomas Wright, and the Officers and privates of a Company of Militia under his Command the Sum of three hundred & twenty Dollars and eighteen Cents, being for his and their Services in seizing and detaining the Sloop Sainte Marguerite which was taken by the proscribed Privateer Vainqueur de la Bastille and for amount paid by him for wogging &c of said Sloop, for which Sum he is held accountable for the due Application, and is payable to Richard Bradley his attorney.
