I Certify that there is due to Lt Thomas Wright, and the Officers and privates of a Company of Militia under his Command the Sum of three hundred & twenty Dollars and eighteen Cents, being for his and their Services in seizing and detaining the Sloop Sainte Marguerite which was taken by the proscribed Privateer Vainqueur de la Bastille and for amount paid by him for wogging &c of said Sloop, for which Sum he is held accountable for the due Application, and is payable to Richard Bradley his attorney.

I Certify that there is due to Nicholas Fish Esqr Subtreasurer New York, the Sum of two hundred ninety one Dollars and seven Cents, being for his Commission in receiving and paying sundry sums of Money from the Department of War, between 7th June 1793 and 1st October 1794 agreeably to an allowance made to Subtreasurers for that purpose by the Secretary of the Treasury which Sum is to be transmitted to him by the Treasurer of the United States.
