In conformity to your order I have made out the inclosed returns which contains all the [articles?] now on hand, I have noted against each article the order in which they are. I have Mr John W.
Furman who is the bearer will deliver your my [undecipherable] for Store Sleand & forwarded. Should they not be quite [as you?] wish please to let them be returned by your directions [undecipherable] with them & I will have them done —
The prices of artillery are under [care] & most of the other articles fit for use. The Ammunition & Common Tents are not much worse; they are dirty half want washing to save them from [undecipherable] damage. I have them laid appart on a large [grounds?] which I think will keep them from great harm for a while
The Brig Campbells [Sloops/Troops?] [cases?] are of little concern; am all [read?] out, transported to Fort Pitt; but [one?], the last article would be saved by having some Coopering done
