Sir,
My letter to you of the 8th Ulto which accompanied my Account as Agent for Military supplies to the 30th of September last, having not yet been answered, I am constrained again to trouble you on that subject —
It is essential to the settlement of my accounts at the Treasury, that the military part Should be previously adjusted by you, I must therefore solicit as early attention to it, as will comport with your other Public duties, and with your own convenience
With great respect
I am Sir
Your most Obt
