I have to inform you that the sum of one hundred and four Dollars, was remitted to Edward [undecipherable] Capt of Virginia — being for your Pay to 30th April 1795 also the sum of three hundred and twenty eight Dollars on account of the pay of the men inlisted by Capt Wm A. Lee and under your command, from which I have received a letter from him informing that you had sailed with the men for West Point previous to his receiving the money in consequence of which he has refunded the amount and your Pay as well as these men under your command will be made up in the General Pay Roll by Capt [undecipherable], and the amount remitted to West Point.
