William Willsons D of War Accountants Office West Point June 11^th 1795 Sir, I have to inform you that the sum of one hundred and four Dollars, was remitted to Edward Carrington [undecipherable] of Virginia — being for your Pay to 30^th April 1795 also the sum of three hundred and twenty eight Dollars on account of the pay of the men intitled to Capt Wm A. [undecipherable] and under your command, from which I have received a letter from him informing that you had sailed with the men for West Point previous to his receiving the money in consequence of which he has refunded this amount and your Pay as well as those men under your command will be made up in the General Pay Roll by Capt Staats Morris, and at the amount remitted to West Point.
