Hon. Sir,
Your letter of the 28th of January last, with an advertisement inclosed, has been received and duly attended to. The advertisement last enterd in the inclosed account is theone received by Post, inclosed in your letter; the two first were taken from the Gazette of the United States. To each of these advertisements, a notification was but requesting the Printers in the Several States to insert them in their respective newspapers. If the inclosed account is properly drawn and attested, the payment thereof will be thankfully received, by
