The above is an Estimate of Monies due to Lieut. William Richard and the Company under his Commd. stationed at Knoxville being on Account of their Pay from the 1st of April 1795 to the 30th of June following and for the Pay of such Part of his Company whose times of Service expire within the present Year, being estimated for what will be due to them up to the time that they are to be respectively discharged agreeably to a Return made by Lieutenant Richard now on file in this Office. Both Sums amounting to one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Dollars, to be transmitted to David Henley Esqr. agent for the Department of War at that Post who should be held accountable for the due Application thereof, agreeably to Instructions to be furnished him for that Purpose. —
