Agreeably to an order of the Secretary of War dated 21.st of February 1795. I have received of Isaac Craig D. Q. M. G. one hundred Dollars in Specie which is intended to be applied as Compensation to the family of an Indian supposed to have been killed by some one of the Garrison of Fort Franklin.
