Sir I received your letters of the 17^th Instant and agreeably to your request, you will receive of Nicholas Fish Esq^r Supervisor, the sum of one hundred and eighty dollars being for your pay from 1^st October 1794 to 31^st of March 1795 for which sum you will give him duplicate Receipts — By your Accounts in this Office it appears that there is a balance of £22.12.2 in your hands unappropriated agreeably to your Statement in 1794, if you have made further payments since that time you will please forward the Vouchers to this Office — that a final Settlement of your Accounts may take place to 31^st of this Month — as it is intended that in future your Accounts should be settled quarterly you will therefore so arrange your Vouchers in future that a Settlement may take place (after the present) to 30^th June so as to commence your first quarterly account on the 1^st of July next. — I am Sir Y^r — William Simmons Lieut.
