I received your letter 15th May enclosing the vouchers for Sundry payments for the Ordnance Department and have to advise that it is necessary that you should forward to this Office as soon as convenient— your Account Current, Stating the monies you received, and expended since the commencement of your payments up to 30th April 1795, in order that a final Settlement may take place up to that day— As it is intended that in future your Accounts should be settled quarterly, you will therefore so arrange your Vouchers after [undecipherable] Instant that you may transmit them to this Office at the end of every three months; your next Account & would wish you to State up to 30th June next, so as
