I certify that from a Letter of the Comptroller dated 16 May covering a Receipt of Elihu Habersham, Collector of the Customs for Savannah in Georgia, said Habersham has applied to the incidental and contingent Expenses of the War Department, and which he has discounted of the Monies arising from Duties and Imposts and Tonnage, the Sum of twelve Dollars for which he is to be accountable, in pursuance of a Warrant to be found in his Favour by the Secretary of War, to which and Receipt so to be annexed agreeably to the Communication of Comptroller. —
