deposition due to Joshua Worshams being the sum of $29.2.5 (the charge refers to the Account rendered by the State against the United States Page N^o 122 and voucher N^o 810 in file marked W.) he now comes forward and claims his Settlement from the State and alledges that he never authorised the State of Pennsylvania or any any individual whatever to recieve payment for his Services, he therefore applies for a copy of the Voucher (if any) upon which the State made the charge for him, that he may apply to the State to refund him the sum equivalent to the amount they recieved on his account, as the Accounts rendered by the State are filed in your Office, it would be doing an old Soldier who appears to be much in need, and no more justice, by giving him a State of the facts that he may apply to the State for redress — — — I am Sir Y^o — William Simmons Samuel Meredith Esq^r D. of War Accountants Office Treasurer U States.
