Sir
I have this day received the Duplicate of your letter of 17th last month, and herewith I forward to you the Secretary of War his account current with me, by which you will find credit is given for all the money which I received; and the whole sum paid [by] order of Capt. Richard Brooke Roberts or to himself. The receipts for said payments are likewise forwarded her[ewith] to which I beg leave to refer you.
